Nursing Program
Clinical Training
Hands-on clinical experience is embedded throughout the entire BSN program — from Year 1 skills laboratories to the Year 4 Intensive Nursing Practicum.
Related Learning Experience (RLE)
Related Learning Experience (RLE) is the clinical component embedded within professional nursing courses. Unlike a separate clinical rotation tacked onto the end of a program, MSCI integrates RLE directly into core nursing subjects at every year level — allowing students to immediately apply theoretical knowledge in supervised practice settings.
RLE activities include nursing skills laboratory practice, hospital observational experiences, return demonstrations, and community health immersions — all structured to meet CHED's required clinical hours per subject area.
Nursing skills laboratory — fundamentals, health assessment, basic clinical skills
Community health, maternal-child, and pharmacology clinical observations
Hospital-based RLE across medical-surgical and psychiatric nursing wards
Intensive Nursing Practicum — full ward assignments in hospital and community settings
On-Campus Simulation Laboratory
The MSCI Nursing Skills Laboratory is equipped to provide students with realistic clinical experiences in a safe, supervised campus environment before they enter actual hospital settings. Simulation-based training is a core delivery method of the MSCI BSN program.

Partner Hospitals & Health Centers
MSCI students complete their clinical practicum requirements at affiliated partner hospitals and health centers in the Bacoor, Cavite area and the broader CALABARZON region. Clinical affiliates provide supervised ward placements under qualified supervising nurses and clinical instructors.
Clinical Affiliate List Coming Soon
The list of partner hospitals and health centers will be published upon finalization of affiliation agreements.
Intensive Nursing Practicum
The capstone clinical experience of the MSCI BSN program, the Intensive Nursing Practicum in Year 4 places students in full ward assignments in both hospital and community settings. Under the supervision of qualified clinical instructors and senior nurses, students assume near-independent nursing responsibilities across multiple clinical areas.
