Our Story
Metro South Colleges Inc. was established with a clear purpose: to provide the CALABARZON region with a rigorous, CHED-compliant nursing education program rooted in clinical excellence and community service.
Founded to Serve the Next Generation of Filipino Nurses
Metro South Colleges Inc. was founded in 2025 by Metro South Medical Center alongside 44 dedicated healthcare professionals — physicians, nurses, administrators, and educators — who recognized a significant gap in quality nursing education serving the Bacoor, Cavite area and the broader CALABARZON region.
The founders saw an opportunity to establish a nursing school that would combine the clinical rigor of a hospital-backed institution with a genuine commitment to student success. With Metro South Medical Center as the founding institutional anchor, MSCI benefits from direct ties to active clinical practice — a foundation that directly shapes how the program is designed and delivered.
MSCI is purpose-built for the communities of Southern Metro Manila and Cavite, where demand for qualified nursing professionals continues to grow alongside rapid urban and healthcare development. By locating in Bacoor, MSCI is accessible to students across Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, and Rizal — the heart of CALABARZON.

Submission and approval of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Campus Establishment
Campus in Bacoor, Cavite completed and equipped with nursing skills laboratories, classrooms, and administrative facilities.
First Enrollment
MSCI opens enrollment for its inaugural Bachelor of Science in Nursing cohort.
